The Kasa project was born to incorporate a residential style never created in the Dominican Republic, with high quality standards with a disruptive vision that opens up the field and will be a trend in the future of Punta Cana, providing spaces that fuse an exclusive home with trends and fashion.

4 Building, 5 Levels, 23 apartments per building. Total of 92 units

Services in the project:

Drinking water and wastewater: The body in charge of meeting the needs and demands of drinking water, as well as the collection, transportation and final disposal of sewage is the National Institute of Drinking Water and Sewerage (INAPA). Electricity: the entire electrical system will be powered by the Punta Cana - Macao Energy Consortium. Domestic gas system: pre-installed internally in the project, distributed in two supply stations with two storage tanks, with capacity detailed by the calculator. Additional services (telephone, internet, cable TV): by prior installation of the channeling system and direct contracting with a private company.
